Sailing & Kayaking

Learning to sail & kayak?

Maybe the ultimate adventure?

I was very excited when myself and my friend Christos came up with the idea of offering a multi-day trip where we can combine the beauty of sailing with sea kayaking. If you add on that a top destination, the Gavdos island and the best kayaking equipment in Greece, I was even more excited!

Christos is a very experienced sailor. He participated in many sailing rallies across the Aegean Sea. He got the first place in the International Aegean sailing Rally in 2011. He is a holder of the HORC Skipper Certificate as well.

On our sailing & kayaking trip, we will use the Bavaria 47 boat. It is 15 meters long, (47ft) and can accommodate up to 6 clients apart from the crew and the kayak guides.
The cabin in the stern has a large bed while the two front ones have one double and one single each of them. There are three WCs, a large kitchen equipped with a fridge and oven and even a spacious dining room to relax ‘ indoors’. Due to warm weather (most of the months), there is an option to sleep on the deck of the yacht, having the experience of being under the stars!

There are two large sails are our main driving force and they can take us everywhere with the help of favourable wind. There is also a 60-horse engine as well as a small auxiliary inflatable boat for emergencies. Of course, we can use our sea kayaks to explore every single part of the coastline.
