Kayaking in Chania (western Crete), Rethimno (Central Crete), Heraklio (Central Crete) or Lasithi (Eastern Crete) region with the best equipment that you can find in Greece and one of the best in Europe.

Sfakia-Loutro
This is our best selling kayak day trip! It takes place in one of the most protected areas in Crete, very close to the famous Samaria gorge. Previous experience is not required. The starting point (Ilingas beach) is about an hour driving from the town of Chania and is suitable for those staying in west Crete and or near Rethymno town. Many sea caves, high cliffs and impressive beaches not accessible by road included! Many times we are also able to see the amazing griffon vultures as there are plenty in the area.

Kayak South Crete
This is our best selling kayak expedition and there are several reasons for this but the major one is the outstanding landscape. A big part of the route is protected from the strong north winds by the massive of White mountains (48 summits above 2000 meters!) with plenty of remote beaches and of course sunshine!

If you are not sure about your skills to join this trip please get in touch.

Pseira Island
Located in the heart of Merabelo bay, the biggest in Crete, it is a great kayaking journey suitable for experienced paddlers only. With a short open crossing to Pseira island (3.2 km) and an amazing coastline to paddle afterwards.

Level 1 Sea Kayak Course
The aim of the course is to provide you with the necessary skills to paddle any sea kayak with safety. The course is suitable for people without any paddling experience or with limited experience seeking a proper way to learn and improve their skills. During the course you will have the chance to do a nice journey while practicing along the way.
The aim of the course is to learn the basics properly as poor paddling skills can lead to serious injuries.

Kalyves
This trip is located just a few minutes away from Chania town in west Crete. If the group has no or limited experience with sea kayaks it will be a shorter distance (about 15 km) in a less exposed coastline. Experienced paddlers will be able to do a linear trip starting from Kalyves and ending in Georgioupoli village (27 km). To join the longer trip your skills need to be at 3* level (based on British Canoeing) or higher as it is getting fairly rough outside the Souda bay and cape Drapano.
